You've been coping. But maybe you're tired of coping alone.

Be Truly Heard

 Sometimes life feels overwhelming.

You may be anxious, stuck in your thoughts, struggling in a relationship, or simply trying to make sense of what you're feeling.

You don't have to have everything figured out before asking for help.

The Listening Tree is a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel heard and explore a way forward.

A rock sitting on top of sand in the middle of a circle.

You might be here because..

  • Your mind doesn't seem to switch off.
  • You keep replaying conversations and wondering what you should have said.
  • You're struggling with anger, frustration or difficult emotions.
  • Something in your relationship doesn't feel right.
  • You're overwhelmed but don't know exactly why.
  • You feel stuck and don't know what decision to make.
  • You've been strong for everyone else and haven't had much space for yourself.
  • You know something needs to change, but you don't know where to begin.

You don't need to wait until things become unbearable before seeking support.

How I work

I believe counselling isn't about someone telling you how to live your life.

It's about having a safe space to slow down, understand yourself more clearly and explore the choices available to you.

My counselling approach is conversational, compassionate and practical. I draw particularly on Choice Theory Reality Therapy, which explores our needs, choices, relationships and what is within our control.

Together, we can explore where you are, where you'd like to be, and what small steps might help you move towards a life that feels more meaningful to you.

There is no need to have all the answers before we begin.

Sometimes the first step is simply having someone listen.

Counsellor

Linus Terh

I am a counsellor trained in Applied Counselling Psychology, committed to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and build greater emotional resilience through various healing practices.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I have supported clients experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety, relationship difficulties and work-related stress.

My journey into counselling grew from years of volunteer work with mental health organisations where I have helped people during difficult moments in their lives.

Prior to counselling, I spent many years working as a communications professional. This experience has strengthened my ability to listen deeply and communicate with empathy with people from diverse backgrounds—skills that continue to support my work as a counsellor today.

I'm truly grateful for the support Linus has given me through his healing practices. He has been incredibly understanding, calm, and mindful in every session, allowing me to feel safe and heard during a very chaotic time in my life.

With his wellness services, he has helped me gently untangle my thoughts, enabling me to see things with more clarity when everything felt overwhelming. What has made the biggest difference is how he helped me understand my trigger points—this awareness has had a real impact on my everyday life.

Thank you, Linus, for your patience, kindness, and steady guidance. It genuinely means a lot to me, and I’m really thankful for the space you’ve created for me to listen, transform, and heal.
